Shipping Policy

USPS Shipping Only

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your order within 3 business days. During holiday season, please expect USPS shipping delays. 


Our Return Policy


Kakepopilicious products are related to food handling and therefore are not eligible for returns.


Processing Time

All Orders Require a 2 Week Advance Notice

All orders, with the exception of holiday pre-sale and flash sale orders, must be placed 2 weeks in advance. If the order is placed for an earlier date we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. 


Lost Orders

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, Kakepopilicious is no longer responsible for your package. USPS can be reached by calling 1-800-275-8777.


Kakepopilicious is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Kakepopilicious is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. 

Refunds will not be issued for any of the aforementioned reasons.
